On July 24, 2026, I ordered a Model: XF001 Controller (Frame number starter with CX) from your website. I received the delivery on August 11, 2026. Your product has an additional two-wire contact that is not provided on my Bezior XF001 Plus (Frame number starter with CX) bike. When I connect the controller, I can turn on the display, but the motor doesn't turn on when I pedal or press the handlebar lever.

Satisfeito com a bicicleta, menos com os travões. Já andei 80 km e continua com um travar incerto, pondo a bicicleta aos solavancos, como que a engasgar-se, sempre que travões com o travão esquerdo, ou direito, ou com os dois ao mesmo tempo...

Guys, this is very good quality for the price - don't overlook this fact. My X1500 is around 2.000 kms and 60-70% ran in the forests and fields. No loose bearings or any other problems, yet. Sure, as any heavy el. bike the weight and speed has to be controlled by the brakes and they wore out. Get the pads on AliExpress in 10pcs. pack and better keep your mouth. Biggest issue of these bikes is caused by anti-ergonomics, that means, the body is very much stretched by the incredible length of the frame. I changed the a-head set for a adjustable one and the bar is now the "Moonbar" (google it). The setup is still imperfect, but again, well for the bucks. Last thing to mention is the power. Laedeer is the manufacturer of the motor. The gears are definitivly calculated for speed. Compared with 250W MTBs you cannot match them uphill, power 975W but massive lack of torque is the simple reason. So what, use your lousy treated muscles to overcome this gap. Latest ot the top of the hill you rise the hand gas and say 'Good-bye' to your competitors 😄 when cooling down at 35 to 40 kms per hour. Needless to mention, that I own 2 X1500.
You could keep your promises about warranty and tell customers where they can find help with repairs

Hello! I own the bike and I am very happy with it and even happier when I unlocked it at a higher speed. It is a motorcycle. You feel good as if you were on a smaller motorcycle. Be careful at high speed and in bad weather (rain with wind) because you can lose control if you are not careful. Otherwise it is good especially on the acceleration side (the pedals at 33 km/h are decorative). It is strong against the wind and the start from the traffic light is very fast and powerful. So much after a week of use.So far I have two minuses. One is that the rear fender should have been a little longer, because when it rains it throws water on your back. And the second one should have been a little higher so you can use the pedals better. At over 1.74 cm it is difficult to pedal. That's it!!!

Very good value for the money! Fast delivery and fast support when I had some questions. Well packed and easy to assemble. On flat ground 40km/h is no problem. Milage is ok, I have run pretty fast 35 km mostly on power only with no problem and battery was about 50% after the run. The big 4" tires are very nice on gravel and terrain. Rear shocks are sadly very stiff (could be better) and front shocks a bit mushy but considering the price point still ok. Charging is slow, only 3A charger. I have mounted some extra lights and mirrors and a rear cargo holder on my bike. The Bezior X-Plus (1500W) is a very nice cruise/city bike and handles light off-road and gravel biking nicely. But its not a true MTB bike as such and not good for downhill.
I haven't had time to complete the assembly yet, but the packaging is excellent, and everything seems in perfect condition.

Bike charger works great. Is the exact model we needed. The reason I dropped a star was for incredibly slow delivery. I ordered May 23 and received it June 27. I thought it had gotten lost in shipping. After reading other reviews I realized this was the norm so be prepared for over a month long delivery.
