Good quality of the product
I have the XF001 bike and, “WOW” what a bike, a real head turner. But recently the controller burned out so had to buy a replacement. Customer support was fantastic and put up with all my questions (daily)🤪. I fitted said controller and bike is back at its very best. Thanks all at Bezior. David Clayton Doncaster

Bike worked not even for 1 year. First the frame broke after 5 months at the welding points so I got a new frame. Then my battery/controller stopped working. Theres no technical Support in Europe so I have to figure it out myself. Also, my warranty was still active (bike was 11 months and a few days old) but the support tells me it’s my own fault and now I have to purchase the Controller and battery myself. Disgusting behaviour

The controller arrived approx 2 weeks after ordering which was slightly longer than advertised. The new controller was pretty simple to swap over albeit a bit fiddly to put the bike back together. I am still unhappy that a new controller at £62 was needed on a bike that is only 2 years old and only covered a few hundred miles.

Controller came on time and well packed. Connection was some delayed, because the old one has a different connector, I didn't knew about that when ordered, but costumer support works well, and company sent to me a proper cable, I'm very appreciated that. Now I going to connect that all together, hopely without any complications. Cheers.

Hello, the control unit of the electric bike is exactly the same as the one in the attic. Fast delivery, satisfied. But even after replacing the unit, the problem with the ebike was not solved, I don't know what it could be. Thank you
